The Tides of Shallotte is a pet-friendly community. No breed restrictions. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the 1st pet and an additional $200 for the 2nd pet and an additional $200 for the 3rd pet. There is a maximum of 3 pets per home. View Pet Policy.
